We are always looking for people who share our passion for historical edged weapons and would like to write and publish about them in a popular scientific way.
Whether it’s Greek bronze swords from antiquity, Southeast Asian kris daggers or Italian cavalry sabres from the First World War – every era and every region has its place with us, no matter how exotic.
Like everyone else, we in the permanent team also have our own specific topics to which we devote special attention: Other topics inevitably remain unaddressed. That’s why we are always interested in collaborating with people who would like to present and pass on their knowledge. This can be a one-off or as a permanent member of our team and articles on a regular basis.
We also look for people with special fields of interest and professions to link them with historical swords. So if you´re an archealogist, smith, a antique arms dealer or chemist (those are merely examples), we and our readers would be grateful for insights of your work and thoughts.
We cannot offer you as a partner on our side any financial compensation simply because this is a non-profit project at that moment. We may sell physical copies of our magazine at some point with a price to cover the production costs. If that´s OK for you, fantastic!
